We stayed in Cal Ferrer for two nights in march 2024. It was very nice, although the matresses/beds weren't very trustworthy, so we put our own sleeping pads on the floor. It was easter, and a lot of day visitors walked up, so it was crowded on one of the nights. The source right in the front was working, but we chose to filter it, just to be safe. There is an outdoor WC, you have to bring your own toilet paper and dispose it in a bin, but it was a nice alternative to have. Cooking on a gas stove is only allowed inside, because they were concerned with forest fires, as it was a very dry year in Catalunya.
